• Half Bison:  Take home ready bison cuts with a mix of steaks, roasts, and burger.
• Whole Bison:  You have a custom cut sheet with options to choose from, including steaks, roast, and burger.
• All meat can be delivered within a reasonable distance directly from the processor to your home. 
• All meat will be frozen, packaged, and labeled.
